1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the KAIRA website and describe how our services are engaged. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract; specific project terms are agreed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
2. Services & quotes
Pricing shown on this site (including “websites starting at $1,000”) is indicative. Every project is quoted individually based on scope. A quote becomes binding only when accepted in writing by both parties.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at launch. Invoices are issued through Stripe. Recurring services (maintenance, SEO) are billed monthly and may be canceled with written notice as described in your agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final website deliverables created for your project. KAIRA retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Portfolio items labeled “Concept Project” are fictional demonstrations and do not represent real client engagements.
5. Warranties & liability
We build to modern professional standards, but no website can be guaranteed to be error-free or to achieve specific search rankings or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAIRA's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
